  1. Decide Booth Size & Type  
 

▷Space Only
- Participation Fee: US$ 400/sqm (minimum 18sqm)
- Price includes: exhibition space, free invitation flyers

 
 

▷Schell Scheme Package
- Booth price : US$ 450/sqm (minimum 9sqm)
- Price includes : exhibition space, laminated panel and pytex floor, display
  of company name on the fascia board  (acrylicboard, Gothictype, flourescentligt),
  two flourescent lights, socket of 13Amp, information table and one chair,
  one wastepaper basket, PLUS all the services listed in option 1

 
 

 
  2. Decide Booth Location  
  Organizer recommends the location  
  3. Submit Contract Form  
  Exhibitor submits contract to organizer by Fax or Original one.  
  4. Invoice Receipt & Contract Fee Payment(50%)  
  Exhibitor remits 50% participation fee to Organizer after Exhibitor gets invoice from organizer  
  5. Balance Paymnet  
  Remit the balance as settled on contract condition  
  6. Exhibitors Meeting  
  Organizer will have meeting around COEX about 1 month before exhibition. And you can get information of Manual and Service Etc.
